I was looking for a good care for my Ma since I stay far abroad and cannot provide any help when she needs. I was suggested to try Servicure and I found them good, dependable and trustworthy, provide help with Ma’s medical/ non- medical needs and keeps me updated constantly which gives me relief. Payel and Debabrata have started their service recently but have been very good with communicating promptly and providing personal care for their services. They do seem to have the usual struggle of finding adequate staff to fill positions, but apart from that they have been very good. The staff could also benefit from some pre hire training; even for aya service.
